Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in new condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and not torn or damaged.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase or order receipt is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at mxtivational.io@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

If a return shipping label is provided by us, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
